Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff Scooter Libby resigned today in the face of a 5-count, 22 page indictment. According to CNN, "Libby was indicted on one count of obstruction of justice, two counts of perjury and two counts of making false statements, court documents show." His attorney's deny that he is guilty of any criminal conduct.The indictment can be read in pdf format here.
